Compare Two Survival Distributions |
This page allows you to do a simple survival analysis using data from a file in your computer. You have to have the file arranged in three columns. The first gives the survival time or time of last follow-up. The second gives the "censoring indicator", which is one if the time corresponds to an event (death) and zero if it corresponds to the end of follow-up without an event. The third and final column gives the treatment group (there can only be two for the time being, and they must be in numeric form). A graph is returned to your browser with the two survival curves plotted, along with the estimated relative risk, standard error and p-value. You can download an example file here if you wish to try out the program: Example file
Note: You must specify a file type above.
